Further to the success of the third edition of the « Leading-Edge Embedded NVM Workshop »in 2015, ARCSIS is launching its fourth edition from September 25 to 27, 2017, at the Microelectronic Center in Gardanne (Aix en Provence area, France).

Organized by ARCSIS, this conference that takes place every two years, dedicated to embedded non-volatile memories, attracts numerous specialists from all over the world.The Keynote Speaker, Dr. Betty Prince, CEO. Memory Strategies International (USA), will honour us by her presence to come and present "Embedded Non-Volatile Memories for Intelligent IoT". Some experts have already expressed their intention to participate as speakers (AACHEN, CEA-Leti, Crossbar, Cypress Spansion, e-Memory, NXP, SST, STMicroelectronics, TSCM, etc.).

The aim of the Workshop is to bring together researchers and industrials of both sides of the chain around Embedded Non-Volatile Memories: designers and manufacturers on the one hand and contractors and end-users on the other hand.

The workshop will feature during three days, oral presentations given by worldwide renowned experts in the field, as well as poster and exhibition sessions around the following four topics:

• Embedded flash memories Technology: state of the art and trends
• Emerging and leading-edge technologies for embedded NVM
• Device and Architecture
•Users, focus on connected objects, IoT and on alternative use
