Appealing more and more participants each year, the meeting has brought together, for twelve years now, semiconductor manufacturers, equipment and materials suppliers and research centres on leading-edge topics related to microelectronics in response to the markets requirements.

This year the Meeting, dedicated to "Innovative approaches for low cost manufacturing", will take place on September 28th & 29th 2009, at the Community Centre of Rousset (France).
These two days will consist of scientific and technical conferences and posters presented by local and worldwide experts from research centres and industry.

The presentations will address the general theme of: "Innovative approaches for low cost manufacturing" focusing on the following topics:
- Yield improvement
- Productivity 
- Cost improvement
- Acceleration of introduction of new processes, products and technologies
