The design of new products in the field of microelectronics is still a very critical stage because of the ever higher constraints: it must be as short as possible, while handling more and more complex functions, at levels of integration never achieved before, to arrive at a prototype which will then enable production to start and volume to increase.
The objective is to make available and accessible to academic and industrial communities tools and techniques to meet the challenges of the design of integrated circuits for the next ten years in the field of Secured Communicating Solutions. One the main objectives of the platform is to encourage the sharing of resources, methods and expertise. The platform is centered on the development of methods of design of integrated systems on chips (SOC) and the reuse of blocks of " intellectual property".
